We know that when your hands are aching, you'd rather not wait. Here's exactly how shipping works, with no surprises.

Where We Ship

We're happy to ship worldwide.

How Long It Takes

• Order processing: We carefully pack your order within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery: Once it's on its way, your gloves typically arrive within 7–20 business days, depending on your location. Closer destinations arrive sooner; international orders take a little longer.

Tracking Your Order

The moment your gloves ship, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow them all the way to your door. If it hasn't arrived in your inbox after a couple of days, check your spam folder — and if it's still hiding, just write to us at usthedailyhug@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.

What It Costs

• One pair: a flat shipping rate of $4.99.
• Two pairs or more: shipping is free — our little thank-you for keeping a spare on hand.
• International orders: any additional shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, so you'll always see the exact cost before you pay.

A Gentle Note

Once a package leaves our hands, it's in the carrier's care, and very occasionally things move slower than any of us would like — weather, holidays, customs, the usual. International parcels may also pass through your local customs, and any duties or taxes are set by your country, not by us. If your order seems lost or stuck, please don't worry. Reach out and we'll make it right.
