We built The Daily Hug for real comfort, not for hype. So we're not going to ask you to decide in a hurry. Wear your gloves at the breakfast table, slip them on while you read, sleep in them if you like — give them a proper, real-life try.
If within 60 days they haven't earned a place in your day, write to us and we'll take care of you. No long forms, no guilt, no hoops.
How It Works
- Email us at usthedailyhug@gmail.com within 60 days of your gloves arriving, and tell us a little about what didn't work — too snug, too loose, just not for you.
- We'll reply with simple instructions on where to send them.
- Once your return arrives back to us, your refund goes to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
A Few Honest Details
- We'd love your gloves back in gently-used, clean condition where possible — but we understand that to know if they help, you have to actually wear them. We won't punish you for trying.
- Return shipping is covered by the customer. We're a small brand and can't yet offer prepaid return labels, so the cost of sending your gloves back is yours — but the refund itself is full and prompt once they reach us.
- Wrong size? Don't stress about a return at all — just write to us first and we'll help you sort it out. Getting your fit right matters more to us than the paperwork.
Our Promise, Plainly
You should never feel stuck with something that isn't helping your hands. That's the whole point of the 60 days. If something's wrong, tell us — a real person will always answer, and we'll always try to do the kind thing.
